What do you like most about Winsted? The small town atmosphere
of most people being generally friendly and willing to lend a hand if you
need it.

If you are chosen as Winsted Royalty, how do you intend
to promote the city? By being the best representative possible and by telling
people about the people, industry, and resources of the city of Winsted.

Which Legion Days activity is your favorite and why? The
parade; it’s something that everyone can enjoy and have a good time watching.

What was the main factor in your decision to compete for
one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? Because I really enjoy meeting
and getting to know other people, and I know that being royalty would be
a great opportunity to do that, as well as a great experience.

What do you like most about Winsted? The thing I like most
about Winsted is that it’s a small town and everyone knows everyone else.

If you are chosen as Winsted Royalty, how do you intend
to promote the city? I plan on letting other communities know how great
our town is, and how wonderful the people are.

Which Legion Days activity is your favorite and why? The
parade. I like it because everyone is always so happy.

What was the main factor in your decision to compete for
one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? I think it is a wonderful experience
to meet new people and it’s a great chance to get to know them.

to promote the city? Attending parades, attending community functions

Which Legion Days activity is your favorite and why? Firemen’s
breakfast – the donations support the new fire hall.

What was the main factor in your decision to compete for
one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? Because it will be a fun and rewarding
experience. It is a chance to meet the candidates from other communities.

What do you like most about Winsted? I like that when you
walk down the sidewalk you always receive a smile or a “hello.”

If you are chosen as Winsted Royalty, how do you intend
to promote the city? Go to other towns and show how friendly people from
Winsted are. I will also tell everyone how great Winsted is.

Which Legion Days activity is your favorite and why? Parade

one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? To meet new people and have fun
while running, and to have a chance to represent Winsted.

lakes, parks, friendly, helpful, everybody is everybody’s neighbor and friend.

If you are chosen as Winsted Royalty, how do you intend
to promote the city? By showing importance of getting involved in community
and helping each other

Which Legion Days activity is your favorite and why? Parade
– everyone sits alongside each other, laughs and enjoys themselves.

What was the main factor in your decision to compete for
one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? The experience of being a candidate,
the competition, challenge, meeting the girls, and having a good time at
the parades.

to promote the city? I would like to help out with future town making ideas
or plans. I would like to be a great role model for younger people.

parade, to see and get to know different people.

one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? Meet new people and give myself
another challenge to work for.

to promote the city? By going to other towns and representing Winsted in
a positive way; by being friendly and welcoming them to come visit and join
in our Legion Days Festival.

Which Legion Days activity is your favorite and why? The
parade – our whole community and even others join together to have a good
time.

What was the main factor in your decision to compete for
one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? I know it will be a fun and good
learning experience. I get to meet new people and represent Winsted by being
in parades and community events.

What do you like most about Winsted? Winsted is truly a
perfect example of “Minnesota Nice.” Everybody knows each other
and are very friendly to all.

If you are chosen as Winsted Royalty, how do you intend
to promote the city? By traveling to other cities we are promoting. I would
be the best example I could by looking good and being friendly.

Which Legion Days activity is your favorite and why? The
parade – the whole community gets together and has fun.

What was the main factor in your decision to compete for
one of the titles of the Winsted Royalty? I was hoping to meet more people
and have a lot of fun doing it.
