Chiropractor opens shop this month

It is a commitment to the future of Howard Lake for the
newest business in town, because chiropractor Bill Kullberg and his family
just bought a home on Haywood Drive and plan to put down roots.

Kullberg explained the move to Howard Lake will be a gradual
thing for his business, which has been based in Plymouth for the past 20
years.

A graduate of the Northwestern School of Chiropractic,
Kullberg said, “I am planning on making Howard Lake my focus.”

He will have a varied schedule. One week, Monday, Wednesday,
and Friday will be spent in Plymouth, and Tuesday and Thursday will be in
Howard Lake.

The next week the schedule will flip, he said.

Kullberg, who was on the park commission in Minnetrista,
would like to be involved in community service in Howard Lake.

He said “I want to get myself and my family settled
in before I jump in to community service organizations.”

The Kullbergs are not exactly strangers to the area. Kullberg’s
wife, Cindy, grew up in Dassel. Her parents are Don and Mary Ann Danielson.

They moved here to be closer to their family, and Kullberg
would like to get back to hunting and fishing.

He hopes to open his doors towards the end of May, if all
goes well.

Kullberg is doing a lot of the interior renovation on the
building space he rents from Jim Ittel of Ittel’s Meats.

He is also working with a carpenter and an electrician
to make the area fit his needs and make it pleasant for his clients.
