As we greet the fall morning, most of us are consistently following a pattern or daily routine of what we need to do in order to get ourselves motivated for the beginning of our day.

Most of us have heard many times to Take one day at a time, and not to worry about tomorrow for tomorrow isn’t here.

If we choose to live one day at a time in thought, in our actions, in our motives, we may have questions about the day we’re living in.

Did we do something in our day that was worth living? Did we do some sort of unselfish giving deed to another person? Did we bring joy or happiness to another person? Did we convey our words with compassion or honesty?

Did we inflict pain physically, or mentally? Did we strengthen or cheer another person within our day? Did we radiate light and love as we moved through our day? Did we walk peacefully and with acceptance?

As evening falls and we’re at the close of our day, what did we do to make that day worth living?

There are no two days that are the same. We all get one chance to learn and discover about our individual day.

There is no magic or illustrated book that will ever be able to show or tell any one of us now our day is going to be.

Our days are designed for us to learn, discover, and to uplift those around us, even those we do not know.

Every one of us makes hundreds of choices every day. Every choice we make has an impact on our lives and the lives of others.

Every day we need to see the beauty in the world.

Accept yourself for who you are and at the same time, we should balance the need between self-acceptance and growth.
