SPECIAL SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES

Friday, December 23, 2005

HLWW High School Media Center

The Special School Board Meeting of the Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted ISD #2687 was called to order at 8:00 a.m., on December 23, 2005. Roll was taken with the following members present: Weber, Lideen, Hammer, and Custer; absent: Borrell, Schaible, and Doering. Also present was Superintendent George Ladd.

Chair Lideen suggested to appoint and acting clerk in Doering absence. Hammer motioned to approve the agenda with the addition of acting clerk appointment; Weber seconded; passed unanimously.

Hammer motioned to appoint Custer as acting clerk in Doering’s absence; Weber seconded; passed unanimously.

Custer motioned to approve the Resolution relating to the issuance of school building bonds and calling an election; Weber seconded; those in favor: Custer, Hammer, Weber and Lideen; opposed: none; absent: Schaible, Doering, and Borrell; passed unanimously.

Hammer motioned to adjourn; Custer seconded; passed unanimously.
