SCHOOL BOARD WORK SESSION

December 5, 2006

HLWW High School Media Center

Chairman Schaible called the Truth in Taxation meeting to order Tuesday December 5, 2006 at 7:01pm. After the pledge of allegiance roll call was taken with members present: Schaible, Weber, Doering, and Wiech. Also present were Superintendent Ladd and Board Secretary Marilyn Greeley.

(Item III) Superintendent Ladd gave the truth in taxation presentation.

Chairman Schaible closed the Truth in Taxation meeting and called the School Board Work Session to order at 7:23 pm. Tuesday December 5, 2006, roll was taken with members present: Weber, Doering, Schaible, Hammer and Wiech; absent: Custer. Also present was Superintendent George Ladd and School Board Secretary Marilyn Greeley.

(Item VII) Weber motioned to approve the agenda; Doering seconded; passed unanimously.

(Item VIII) There were no questions or comments from visitors.

(Item IX) Schaible reviewed the process of interviewing the candidates, and the board will vote on a candidate at the next meeting on December 18, 2006.

The school board interviewed the following three candidates.

A. Paul Weibel

B. Fred Yerke

C. Karen Salo

(Item X) Next meeting dates:

Regular board meeting- December 18, 2006 7pm High School Media Center

Truth in Taxation Meeting Continued – not needed

January Work Session – TBD

Weber motioned to adjourn at 8:11pm.; Hammer seconded; passed unanimously.
