CITY OF HOWARD LAKE ORDINANCE NO. 17.08 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17.08 ADOPTED FEBRUARY 4, 2003 AND ENTITLED "ZONING ORDINANCE". THE CITY COUNCIL OF HOWARD LAKE, MINNESOTA ORDAINS: Section 01-56A Entitled R-IA Contemporary, Existing Lot Single Family Residential District shall be inserted. Section 01-80-7.C. Shall be amended as follows: Maximum Impervious Surface: Seventy-five percent (75%) Section 01-81-7.C. Shall be amended as follows: Maximum Impervious Surface: Seventy-five percent (75%) This Ordinance becomes effective upon publication.
