Chapter 7.04
An Ordinance amending City of Howard Lake regulating the amount of Municipal Liquor store dram shop insurance.
The City Council of Howard Lake, Minnesota ordains:
Section 1. That the Howard Lake Municipal Liquor Store shall carry dram shop insurance.
(a.) Amount. The amount of coverage shall be $500,000.
(b.) Placement. The city or the city's insurance agent shall annually review the marketplace for affordable insurance rates.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
ADOPTED BY THIS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOWARD LAKE THIS 20TH DAY OF JANUARY, 1998.
