ORDINANCE NO.:17.08 CITY OF HOWARD LAKE COUNTY OF WRIGHT, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF HOWARD LAKE TO PROVIDE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE REVISION IN RESPONSE TO THE DIRECTION OF THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HOWARD LAKE DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: Section 1. Chapter 17.01 of the Howard Lake City Code (Zoning Ordinance) is hereby repealed and amended as follows: Chapter 1: Title and Application Chapter 2: Rules and Definitions Chapter 3: Administration - General Chapter 4: Administration - Amendments Chapter 5: Administration - Conditional Use Permits Chapter 6: Administration - Interim Use Permits Chapter 7: Administration - Variances Chapter 8: Administration - Administrative Permits Chapter 9: Administration - Site and Building Plan Review Chapters 10-14: Reserved Chapter 15: Non-Conforming Buildings, Structures and Uses Chapter 16: General Performance Requirements Chapter 17: General Yard, Lot Area and Building Requirements Chapter 18: Accessory Buildings, Structures, Uses and Equipment Chapter 19: Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements Chapter 20: Fencing/Screening/Landscaping. Chapter 21: Home Occupations Chapter 22: Animals Chapter 23: Antennas Chapter 24: Signs Chapter 25: Day Care Facilities Chapter 26: Essential Services Chapter 27: Landfill/Excavating/Grading Chapter 28: Sexually Oriented Uses Chapter 29: Wind Energy Conversion Systems (WECS) Chapter 30: Motor Vehicle Fuel Facilities Chapters 31-49: Reserved Chapter 50: General Zoning District Provisions Chapter 51: UR, Urban Reserve District Chapters 52-54: Reserved Chapter 55: R-1, Traditional Single Family Residential District Chapter 56: R-2, Contemporary Single Family Residential District Chapter 57: R-3, Single Family and Two Family Residential District Chapter 58: R-4, Downtown Area Residential District Chapter 59: R-5, Single Family Manufactured Home Park District Chapter 60: R-6, Medium Density Residential District Chapters 61-64: Reserved Chapter 65: R-7, High Density Residential District Chapters 66-69: Reserved Chapter 70: B-1, General Business District Chapter 71: B-2, Downtown Area Business District Chapters 72-79: Reserved Chapter 80: 1-1, Warehousing Industrial District Chapter 81: 1-2, General Industrial District Chapters 82-89: Reserved Chapter 90: PUD, Planned Unit Development District Chapters 91-94: Reserved Chapter 95 FP, Floodplain Overlay District Chapter 95 S, Shoreland Overlay District Section 2. Chapter 17.07 of the Howard Lake City Code (Shoreland Management Ordinance) is hereby repealed. Section 3. Chapter 22.02 of the Howard Lake City Code (Telecommunication Towers) is hereby repealed. Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and publication. PASSED by the Howard Lake City Council this 4th day of February 2003.
