LESTER PRAIRIECITY COUNCIL MINUTES Pursuant to public notice, the Lester Prairie City Council met in special session on Tuesday, February 24, 2004. Mayor Angvall called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. The purpose of said special session was to discuss the wastewater treatment facility and any other business deemed necessary. Councilmember Hoof introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 12-04 A RESOLUTION OF ACCEPTANCE AND INTENT REGARDING WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Foust and following discussing thereon, a vote was taken. Mayor Angvall declared Resolution No. 12-04 adopted by a unanimous vote this 24th day of February, 2004. Doug Minnick, Co-Chairman of the LongHorn Days Committee was in attendance to discuss concerns regarding the financing for LongHorn Days. Motion – Anderson; Second – Hoof; Carried – The City will share the cost of the addition of an electrical panel to the Southeast corner of the park shelter but the City will not pay more than $600.00 for the work.
