ORDINANCE NO. 91 CITY OF NEW GERMANY CARVER COUNTY, MINNESOTA AN ORDINANCE REGULATING PUBLIC NUISANCES AND JUNKED AND ABANDONED VEHICLES IN THE CITY OF NEW GERMANY, AS AUTHORIZED UNDER MINNESOTA STATUES AND PROVIDING FOR DUE PROCESS, AND PENALTY FOR VIOLATION. OFFICIAL SUMMARY June 25, 2007 The following is the official summary of Ordinance No. 91 of the City of New Germany adopted June 19, 2007, pertaining to the resolution of public nuisances and junked and abandoned vehicles in the city. The City of New Germany has adopted an ordinance pertaining to nuisances affecting health, peace, safety and aesthetics, and abandoned or disabled or unlicensed vehicles. The ordinance defines a public nuisance and declares certain conditions or activities affecting health, peace, safety and aesthetics to be nuisances. The ordinance also declares certain types of junked vehicles and other property on private property to be a nuisance, prohibits abandoned, disabled or unlicensed vehicles and provides for notice of abatement, taking, impoundment and disposal of such vehicles.
