NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Delano Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers at Delano City Hall, 234 2nd Street North, on Monday, October 10, 2011, at 7:00 PM or there soon after as the parties may be heard to consider a request from Will Haack of Wright Neighborhoods Properties LLC for the property located along St. Peter Ave. and Burlington Northern Railroad and legally described as Delano Crossing 5th Addition (PID # 107087-000010) for a rezoning from R-6 Medium Density Residential District in accordance with Section 51.12 to R-8 High Density Residential District in accordance with Section 51.14, and a Site Plan Review in accordance with Section 51.02. Subd F. all of the City of Delano Zoning Code.
All interested parties or individuals are hereby notified and invited to present their oral or written comments at said public hearing.
