Notice of Cold Weather Rule
The City of Dassel Ordinance Chapter 51.24 (C) (3) Cold Weather Rule. Pursuant to M.S. § 216B.097, no service of a residential customer shall be discontinued if the disconnection affects the primary heat source for the residential unit when disconnection would occur during the period between October 15 and April 15, the customer has declared inability to pay on forms provided by the city and the customer’s account is current for the billing period immediately prior to October 15 or the customer has entered into a payment schedule and is reasonably current with payments under the schedule. The following City Code sections have been amended and adopted by the Dassel City Council:
On September 15, 2014, § 153.042 PUD - PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT.
(E) Signs. Signs are subject to the appropriate district regulations as defined in the sign regulations of chapter 155; and
(D) Zoning regulations.
(e) Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, a sexually-oriented business shall not be permitted more than one on-premise sign advertising its business. Such on-premise sign shall comply with the applicable requirements of chapter 155.
On August 18, 2014, § 155 SIGNS. An ordinance regulating the use and establishing permit requirements for signs in the City of Dassel and repealing ordinance § 153.058 SIGNS and inconsistent policies which were in effect prior to August 18, 2014.
