ON A PROPOSED PROJECT FOR PARK VIEW CARE CENTER AND THE ISSUANCE OF REVENUE BONDS UNDER THE MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 462C
Wright County, Minnesota
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Commissioners of Wright County, Minnesota (the “County”), will meet on Tuesday, December 23, 2014 at 9:30 a.m., at the Wright County Government Center, located at 10 Second Street N.W., Buffalo, Minnesota, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on a proposal that the County issue revenue bonds (the “Bonds”), in one or more series, under Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 462C; in order to finance the costs of acquisition, constructing and equipping a project (the “Project”) on behalf of Park View Care Center, a Minnesota nonprofit corporation (the “Borrower”). The Project will consist of financing the acquisition, construction and equipping of an approximately 81-unit senior independent living facility by the Borrower, including related furnishings, located at 200 Park Lane, Buffalo, Minnesota which will be attached to the Borrower’s existing nursing home. The approximate aggregate principal amount of the proposed Bonds is $10,000,000. The Bonds shall be limited obligations of the County, and the Bonds and interest thereon will be payable solely from the revenues pledged to the payment thereof. No holder of any Bonds will ever have the right to compel any exercise of the taxing power of the County to pay the Bonds or the interest thereon, nor to enforce payment against any property of the County except money payable by the Borrower to the County and pledged to the payment of the Bonds.
All persons interested may appear and be heard at the time and place set forth above, or may file written comments with the County Coordinator prior to the date of the hearing set forth above.
