Notice is given that on June 3, 2015 at 9:00 am, a hearing will be held in this Court at Buffalo, Minnesota, on a petition for the adjudication of intestacy and determination of decedent’s heirs, and for the appointment of Reed M. Pawelk, whose address is 409 Willow Drive SW, St. Michael, MN 55376, as personal representative of the decedents’s estate in an unsupervised administration.
Any objections to the petition must be raised at the hearing or filed with the court prior to the hearing. If the petition is proper and no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with the full power to administer the decedent’s estate, including the power to collect all assets; to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes, and expenses; to sell real and personal property; and to do all necessary acts for the decedent’s estate.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or claims will be barred.

The regular meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District 879, Delano, Minnesota, was held on Monday, April 27, 2015, at the Delano City Hall. The meeting was called to order by the chair at 5:48 p.m. with the following members in attendance: Johnson, Milano, Baker, Larson, Durick and Seguin. Absent: Black.
APPROVAL OF MEETING AGENDA (approved unanimously)
Board reviewed discussion items: DMS 2015-16 Washington D.C./New York Trip, DHS Student Handbook for 20151-6, reviewed changes of Policy 532-Use of Peace Officers and Crisis Teams to Remove Students with IEPs from School Grounds, Policy 709-Student Transportation Safety Policy, Policy 205-Open Meetings and Closed Meetings, Policy 406-Public and Private Personnel Data, Policy 421-Gifts to Employees and School Board Members, and Policy 618-Assessment of Student Achievement, Facilities, and review of HITA process.

Heil reported on ACT, MCA and AP Testing, Senior Honors Night, Band/Choir Concerts, Prom, Mock Car Crash. D. Schuler reported on MCA Testing, Adventure Club, DES Art Fair, Earth Day Activities, 1st and 2nd Grade Concerts, Resignation of Assistant Principal Corey Lahr. M. Reeder reported on HITA Process and Bread and Milk Bids. D. Johnson reported on CE Summer Brochure, TKC enrollment, Destination ImagiNation, ECFE MN Reading Corps benchmarking, Early Childhood Screening, PreK Early Learning Scholarship Legislative Information. Abbey Hutchins and Thomas Grover reported on DES, DMS and DHS activities and responses to students’ questions. Board heard reports from: MAWSECO, Wright Technical Center, Schools for Equity in Education, Safe Schools, Professional Development and DASA.
