ORDINANCE NO. 2015-01CITY OF LORETTO, HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESTOAAN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LORETTO, MINNESOTA, AMENDING SECTION 906:00 REGARDING TYPES OF LIQUOR LICENSES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LORETTO DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 906:00, subd. 1(c) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Loretto is hereby amended by deleting the language in strikeout as follows:
Sunday on-sale intoxicating liquor licenses, which may be issued only to a restaurant, bowling center, club or hotel which has a seating capacity of at least 30 persons, which hold an on-sale intoxicating liquor license and which serves liquor only in conjunction wiht the service of food. between the hours of 10:00 a.m. on Sundays and 2:00 a.m. on Mondays.
SECTION 2. This ordinance is effective upon its passage and publication as required by law.

Description: Minor Plan Amendment to the Pioneer-Sarah Creek Third Generation Watershed Management Plan.
The purpose of this Minor Plan Amendment is to adopt a revision to the plan amendment process to conform to 2015 revisions to Minnesota Rules 8410.
The Pioneer-Sarah Creek watershed includes parts of the cities of Greenfield, Independence, Loretto, Maple Plain, Medina and Minnetrista.
