2. Motion approving request from Final Stretch for parking restrictions on River Street / County Road 17 on Saturday, June 13, from 8a-12:30p for the Liberty Triathlon event.
3. Authorize 2015 Highway Maintenance Agreement with Wright County.
4. Adopt Resolution R-15-10 designating the 2015 Regional 12C Baseball Town Team Playoff Tournament as an official community festival, approval of facility license and four 1 to 4 day temporary liquor licenses and waive license fees.

9. Consider a request from Charles Williams of Bonde Bistro for an On-Sale Liquor License, Sunday On-Sale Liquor License, and Outdoor Music License and a Public Facility Lease for the property located at 203 Bridge Avenue East.
Motion by Holly Schrupp, seconded by Jack Russek to approve the On-Sale Liquor License, Sunday On-Sale Liquor License for Bonde Bistro, located at 203 Bridge Avenue East. Motion carried.
Motion by Holly Schrupp, seconded by Jason Franzen to table the Outdoor Music License and Public Facility Lease agreement for the property located at 203 Bridge Avenue East. Motion carried.
10. Motion approving hiring of seasonal employees for the Public Works Department.

1. Quarterly Financial Report of the Delano EDA/Crow River Villa Apartments for the 4th Quarter of fiscal year 2014-15.
2. Requesting a motion to approve entering into a contract with Viking Land Tree Care to trim trees at the Delano EDA/Crow River Villa Building.

A. Consider modifications to reconcile Rivertown project.
Motion by Betsy Stolfa, seconded by Holly Schrupp to adopt Resolution R-15-11 modifying the interfund loan from the Sanitary Sewer Enterprise Fund to the Rivertown Capital Project Fund. Motion carried 5-0 by roll call vote.

A. Recommend Awarding Contract for 2015 Pavement Improvements Project.
Motion by Jack Russek, to authorize 2015 project to Minnesota Hot Mix parts A and B for $208,667.00, seconded by Betsy Stolfa. Motion carried.
11. CITY STRATEGY No. 6: Ensure communication and positive relationships between the Council, City Staff, Employees and Commission members.
A. Motion approving recommendation from the Public Safety Commission implementing two traffic signs.
Motion by Jack Russek, seconded by Jason Franzen to approve the Public Safety Commission’s request to make the alley south of Bridge Ave to an entrance only one-way. Motion Carried.
B. Motion to obtain an Electronic Speed Sign from Wright County, recommended by the Public Safety Commission.
Motion by Jason Franzen seconded by Jack Russek to approve the Public Safety Commission recommendation to get on the Wright County list for an Electronic Speed Sign. Motion Carried

Phil Kern discussed the Randy’s Environmental Services future project, Grandstay Hotel, new home developments and Public Works staffing.
The Council and Commission discussed the future move of the transmission line on the backage road along Rockford Avenue.

ADMINISTRATIVE AND BOARD REPORTS
Board heard the following administrative reports: Superintendent Schoen shared an update on the 5-Year Strategic Plan. Mr. Voight shared MS Site Improvement Plan, Student Success Team goals, Tree of Thanks and #WeCare Day information. Dr. Heil reported on fall activities, Veteran’s Day donations and asked community to practice safe driving on school campus. Mr. Schuler reported on Veteran’s Day activities, Professional Development Day, Student Success Team goals, schoolwide bullying presentation, Fall Fundraiser results and LEEA Awards Banquet. M. Reeder shared information about the 2007 approved levy amount and district website tax calculator. D. Johnson reported on Old Fashioned Christmas, CE program updates, United Way Silent Auction, and Early Childhood Special Education referrals. Board heard reports from: MAWSECO, Curriculum Advisory Council, Delano Area Sports Arena (DASA), and Professional Development.
NEW BUSINESS (approved unanimously)
Approved MSHSL Application for Dissolution of Cooperative Sponsorship.
