Notice of Annual Meeting
And Election of Officers for
Kingston Township Residents
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Kingston Township, County of Meeker, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Township Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March 17, 2015 and if inclement weather also postpones the election and meeting on the third Tuesday they shall be held on March 24, 2015. The Election Poll hours will be open from 3:00 AM to 8:00 PM, at which time the voters will elect:
Supervisor (A) for a 1 year term
Supervisor (C) for a 3 year term
Treasurer for a 2 year term
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:15 PM to conduct all necessary business prohibited by law, one issue of business to discuss is taking over ownership of Riverside Cemetery on CSAH 27.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the Kingston Community Center 30840 722nd AVE Dassel, MN 55325.

Advertisement for Bids
For 2015 Slip-Lining Sewer Project
Notice is hereby given that the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota requests sealed bids for the 2015 slip-lining sewer project. The project requires slip-lining (cured in place) approximately 400 lineal feet of 10 inch sewer pipe with about 25 lineal feet of 12 inch transition and approximately 1,430 lineal feet of 8 inch sewer pipe. The project area includes several locations within the City of Cokato. The locations and site information are outlined on a utility map which will be provided to interested contractors.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 25, 2015. Sealed bids should be submitted to:

The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each bidder will provide within the proposal a bid bond or certified check in the amount of five percent (5%) along with a certificate of insurance and performance bond. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after bids are opened. Bids will be considered and other action taken as necessary at the regular City Council meeting on Monday, March 9, 2015.
The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities in the bids. The City further reserves the right to award the contract that is in the best interests of the City.
