Assessment Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the City of Cokato of Wright County, Minnesota, will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said City at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, May 11, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said City for the year 2015. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

The Dassel City Council is taking applications to fill the seat of one (1) Planning Commission Member to complete the balance of a term which expires December 31, 2015. Application can be made on a City of Dassel application form available at the Office of the City Clerk, 460 3rd Street, Dassel, MN. Applications will be accepted until Monday May 11, 2015 for an appointment which would become effective May 18, 2015.

Notice Kingston TownshipDust Control
Kingston Township is offering dust control to township residents. The township will pay 1⁄2 the cost for the first 300’, if a resident wants additional dust control they would pay full cost. If a township resident is interested in dust control please call township clerk at 320-398-8400. Cost is the same as last year. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday May 7, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. the Dassel City Council along with the City EDA representatives and Planning Commission members will hold a workshop at City Hall to gather public input on the proposed purchase of the Summit Hills Addition.
All persons interested are invited to attend said workshop, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted at any time prior to the workshop.

Stockholm Township is accepting quotes for the 2015 Mowing Season
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321 or email to stockholmtwp@gmail.com. Quotes must be received by Friday, May 8, 2015. Please include the mowing policy (i.e. frequency, starting date, ending date, trimming frequency, and/or any additional features) with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
This is for mowing and trimming at the Stockholm Community Center, located at 16233 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN and the Stockholm Township Cemetery located about mile to the East of the Community Center on the North side of County Road 30.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 11th, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider an application for a variance at property located at Lot 4, Block 4, Fieldcrest Second Addition.
Persons wishing to be heard regarding this request will have an opportunity to do so at the public hearing. Written comments may be submitted any time prior to the Planning Commission meeting.
