NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 7 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider a recodification of the City’s Zoning Ordinance. A draft of the recodification will be available for public review beginning Monday, October 26, 2015 at City Hall.

16. Minn. Stat. 580.04(b) provides, “If the real estate is an owner-occupied, single-family dwelling, the notice must also specify the date on or before which the mortgagor must vacate the property if the mortgage is not reinstated under section 580.30 or the property redeemed under section 580.23.” If this statute applies, the time to vacate the property is 11:59 p.m. on NOT APPLICABLE.
