SUMMONS
THE STATE OF MINNESOTA TO THE ABOVE-NAMED DEFENDANTS:
You, and each of you, are hereby summoned and required to serve upon Plaintiff’s attorney an Answer to the Complaint which is herewith served upon you within twenty (20) days of the serve of this Summons upon you, exclusive of the day of service.
If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This action involved, effects, or brings into questions, real property situated in the County of Wright, State of Minnesota, described as follows:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 119, Range 28, described as follows: Commencing 400 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 119, Range 28 for a place of beginning; thence North and parallel with the East line of said Northwest Quarter 200 feet; thence angle left 93 degrees 52 minutes, 83.3 feet; thence South and parallel with the East line of said Northwest Quarter 193.8 feet to the south line of said Northwest Quarter; thence East on the South line of said Northwest Quarter, 83 feet to the place of beginning, according to the U.S. Government Survey thereof, Wright County, Minnesota.
AND
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 34, Township 119, Range 28, Wright County, Minnesota, described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 00 degrees 16 minutes 31 seconds East, along the east line of said Northeast Quarter, a distance of 1311.19 feet; thence North 88 degrees 03 minutes 26 seconds West, 1291.18 feet; thence North 00 degrees 39 minutes 04 seconds East, 259.87 feet; thence South 86 degrees 47 minutes 08 seconds West, 83.37 feet; thence South 00 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds West, 194.18 feet; thence South 89 degrees 09 minutes 56 seconds East, 83.00 feet; thence North 00 degrees 22 minutes 41 seconds East, 200.07 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 0.38 Acres, more or less. Subject to easements of record. Subject to any and all enforceable restrictive covenants.
The object of this action is to obtain a judgment that Plaintiffs are the owners in fee of the above described real property as joint tenants, and that none of the said Defendants have any estate or interest therein or lien thereon.

City of CokatoWinter Parking Notice
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Cokato’s Winter Parking rules went into effect on November 15. No person shall stop, stand, or park any vehicle or permit it to stand on any street in the City between the hours of 2:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. on any day from November 15th through April 1st.

Notice of Meeting ChangeKingston Township
The Kingston Township board will meet December 8, 2015 instead of December 1, 2015. Meetings are held at the Kingston Community Center at 7:00 PM. All meetings are open to the public.
