NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider amendments to the City’s Zoning Map. The revised Zoning Map is available for public inspection at City Hall.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public meeting on Monday, December 14, 2015 at 7 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to receive public comment prior to adoption of the 2016 budget and property tax levy. The draft budget and proposed levy are available for public inspection at City Hall or on the city’s website www.cokato.mn.us .

Notice is hereby given that Perennial Bank, 318 North First Street, Darwin, Meeker County, Minnesota 55324 has made application to the Minnesota Department of Commerce and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation for consent to acquire through merger Farmers and Merchants State Bank, 125 East James Street, Paynesville, Stearns County, Minnesota 56362 and to establish a detached facility at: 125 East James Street, Paynesville, Stearns County, Minnesota 56362 (DF 1334). It is contemplated that business locations of the merged banks will continue to be operated. The applications were made pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 49.33 to 49.41, and 47.51 to 47.57 plus Section 18 (c) of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act.
