ASSESSMENT NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Appeal of the Township of Bergen, McLeod County, Minnesota, will meet at the Office of the Clerk in said Bergen Township Hall, at 7 o’clock P.M. on Thursday, the 2nd day of April, 2015, for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said Bergen Township for the year, 2015. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment, or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low, are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

CITY OF MAYER
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on an amendment to Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 152 Zoning of the City Code, by amending Section 152.030 related to accessory structures, Section 152.090 related to outside storage and Section 152.093 related to fences. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the amendment is to consider language regulating building permit requirements for accessory structures over 200 square feet, to consider language relating to outside storage requriements and to consider language regulating fence height.
A copy of the proposed amendment in its entirety is available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing (prior to or at the hearing) or orally at the time of the public hearing.
