NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a meeting of the McLeod County Board of Adjustment will be held on Thursday, the 27th day of August 2015 at 9:30 A.M. in the North Complex, North Half Large Conference Room, (south side of the Driver’s License Center building) at 2385 Hennepin Avenue North in Glencoe, Minnesota.
THE PURPOSE OF THE SAID MEETING is to consider the following application located in the County of McLeod and filed with the County Zoning Asst. Adm. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process.
A VARIANCE filed by Borka Excavating on behalf of Leona Fiecke to reduce the required side yard setback from 10’ to 5’ and the rear yard setback from 10’ to 7’ to construct a septic system (tank and drainfield.)
THE PREMISES UPON WHICH said request is located is described as follows: .67 AC SE 1⁄4 (TH #7-.17 AC) Section 29, Township 117, Range 27 (Winsted).
THIS HEARING will be held by the McLeod County Board of Adjustment at which time you may appear in opposition to or support of the proposed application.

The Wright County Sheriff’s Office has the following unclaimed items in their possession: shoes, boat seat, life vests, tools, cd’s, clothing, backpacks, sunglasses, headphones, jewelry, purse, airsoft gun, cell phones, bicycles, money, wallets, bow, arrows, electronics, knife, medications, PS Vista games, PS3 games, and a 2002 Honda Civic.
The Wright County Sheriff’s Office may also have property belonging to the following people: Jacob Holland, Kyle Kappes, William Thomas, Daniel Imgrund, Justin Weigelt, Christian Perez-Lopez, Georgia Nyberg, Tavis Warren, Game Stop, and Victor Kleinsteuber.

NOTICE OF ASSESSMENT LIEN FORECLOSURE SALE
YOU ARE NOTIFIED THAT,
1. Default has occurred in the conditions of the Declarations of The Pointe Village Homes, Wright County, Minnesota, by Daniel T. Savitski, as fee owner of the below-described property subject to said Declarations.
2. Pursuant to the Declarations of The Pointe Village Homes filed for record with the Wright County Recorder on May 25, 2001 as Document No. 742865, and all amendments thereto, and Minnesota Statutes, a statutory lien exists for unpaid assessments and fees incurred from December 1, 2014 to the date of this notice.
3. No action or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the statutory lien or any part thereof, or if an action has been instituted it has been dismissed or discharged prior to the commencement of these proceedings.
4. The holder of the lien has complied with all conditions precedent to acceleration of the debt secured by the assessment lien and foreclosure of said lien, and all notice and other requirements of applicable statutes.
