CITY OF MAYER
PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for a Preliminary Plat to be known as Hidden Creek 6th Addition. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The preliminary plat consists of 67 single family lots and 5 outlots and is currently zoned R-1 Low Density Residential. The applicant has also proposed rezoning the property to from R-1 to Planned Residential Development (PRD) since the lots do not all meet the minimum lot size and width requirements of the R-1 district. The preliminary plat is consistent with the original preliminary plat of Hidden Creek that expired in 2012.
The property is legally described as follows:
Outlot F, Hidden Creek 5th Addition.
A copy of the preliminary plat documents, in its entirety, are available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing (prior to or at the hearing) or orally at the time of the public hearing. The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing rezoning property to be known as Hidden Creek 6th Addition from R-1 Low Density Residential to Planned Residential Development (PRD). The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The applicant has also submitted a preliminary plat known as Hidden Creek 6th Addition which consists of 67 single family lots and 5 outlots. The proposed rezoning of the property from R-1 to PRD is required due to the fact the proposed single family lots in Hidden Creek 6th Addition preliminary plat do not all meet the minimum lot size and width requirements of the R-1 district. The proposed preliminary plat of Hidden Creek 6th Addition is consistent with the original preliminary plat of Hidden Creek that expired in 2012.
