NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Howard Lake City Council will be holding a public hearing on November 26, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter. The public hearing will be conducted at City Hall located at 625 8th Avenue.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a rezoning of a property located at 5055 County Road 7 to UR, Urban Reserve to allow for the golf course property to be converted to an agricultural use.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Waverly will hold a public hearing on December 2, 2015 at 7:00 pm regarding the Municipal Liquor operations. The hearing will be held in the council chambers of the Waverly City Offices (502 Atlantic Avenue). The purpose of the hearing is to provide citizens the opportunity to comment on the operations of the municipal liquor store. Individual citizens or representatives unable to attend the meeting may submit written comments prior to the hearing.
