DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the following:
A. Rehabilitation of existing gravity steel filter, including underdrain and media replacement.
COMPLETION OF WORK: All work under the Contract must be complete within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
MINIMUM CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS: The Bidder shall have experience as a General Contractor in the successful completion of at least three municipal water or wastewater treatment plants within the last five (5) years.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Howard Lake Planning Commission will be holding a public hearing on November 24, 2015 at 7 p.m., and the City Council will be holding a public hearing on December 1, 2015 at 7:00 p.m., or shortly thereafter. The public hearings will be conducted at City Hall, located at 625 8th Avenue.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider an ordinance amendment to allow for the property owner at 600 8th Ave to mount solar panels on the roof.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Winsted Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to vacate the drainage and utility easement along the shared lot line of Lot 3, Block 2 and Lot 7, Block 2, Winsted Industrial Park Two. This drainage and utility easement vacation will allow for the construction of a building on Lot 3 which will be connected to the existing building on Lot 7 in conjunction with the approval of a Planned Unit Development.
The public hearing will be held by the Winsted Planning Commission on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, at City Hall (201 – 1st Street North) to consider the drainage and utility easement vacation. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Winsted Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for approval of a Planned Unit Development (PUD), on a request by Dimax Corporation, to allow for a new building to be located on Lot 3, Block 2, Winsted Industrial Park Two. The building will be connected to an existing building located on Lot 7, Block 2, Winsted Industrial Park Two with an address of 1107 Industrial Lane. The property is zoned I-1 Industrial District and the PUD is required to allow the buildings, which are located on two separate but adjoining lots, to be connected together and to allow the buildings to encroach into the side yard setbacks between the two lots.
The public hearing will be held by the Winsted Planning Commission on Monday, December 7, 2015 at 6:00 PM or as soon thereafter as possible, at City Hall (201 – 1st Street North) to consider the PUD.
