NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the period for filing affidavits of candidacy for the office of school board member of Independent School District No. 2687 shall begin on January 12, 2016, and shall close at 5:00 o’clock p.m. on January 26, 2016.
The special election shall be held on Tuesday, April 19, 2016. At that special election, one individual will be elected to fill a vacancy in term expiring January 2, 2017.

Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, January 12, 2016 the Middleville Township Planning Commission will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 PM to consider the following item:
Wright Hennepin Co-op Electric Association along with SoCore Energy is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of erecting an eight acre solar farm. This will be a two megawatt solar array and will be located adjacent to the electric substation in the Northwest corner of Section 1, Middleville Township, PID#212-000-122201. The array would be constructed on the Bill Hoffman (formerly Laura Hoffman) property, PID#212-000-122200.
Such persons that desire to be heard with reference to the proposed CUP will be heard at this time. If you do not attend the hearing or submit written comment, it will be assumed that you have no objections to the proposal.
