NOTICE IS HEARBY GIVEN: That on Monday February 8, 2016 The Stockholm Township Board of Adjustment will hold a hearing in the Stockholm Community Center at 16233 County Road 30 S.W. Cokato at 6:30 P.M. to consider the petition of:

Commencing at the Northwest corner
of said Northwest Quarter of the North-

39 seconds East, along the North line

west Quarter, a distance of 485.78 feet
to the point of beginning of the line to
be described; thence South 00 degrees
06 minutes 40 seconds West to the
South line of said Northwest Quarter of
the Northwest Quarter and said line
there terminating.
And Parcel B:
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 15, Township 118, Range 28, Wright County, Minnesota, that lies East of the following described line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner
of said Northwest Quarter of the North-
west Quarter; thence on an assumed
