Notice is hereby given that the POLICYHOLDERS ANNUAL MEETING of CROW RIVER MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY will be held on TUESDAY April 5, 2016 – 7:00p.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church – Peace Center; 400 Franklin Street SW; Hutchinson, MN. for the purpose of transacting any business proper to come before said meeting. There will be an election of one Director to the Board. You must be a member of the Corporation and a resident of the territory in which the Corporation is authorized to do business to file for the Board. Filings for the Board must be done a minimum of 5 days prior to the meeting with the Secretary at the Home Office. Proxy votes are no longer available. You must be present at the meeting to vote.

Important Information Regarding Property AssessmentIn Kingston Township This may affect your 2017 property taxes.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for Kingston Township will meet on April 5, 2016 from 1:00 – 1:30 PM at the Kingston Community Center. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value of classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and shall correct it as needed. Generally, an appearance before your local board of appeal and equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to the county board of appeal and equalization.

Notice of Gravel Bids
Kingston Township is asking for sealed bids on screening, loading, hauling and spreading of class 5 gravel, on roads in Kingston Township. All bids must be in the form of cubic yards. Include in your bid the cost of class 5 for road work assistance, wash out, frost boils, emergency calls and you must work with our township board and grader operator. We will ask for random tests on gravel loads being hauled. A certificate of Insurance and/or general liability must accompany bids. The township board will not accept any bids that include a surcharge for fuel. Work is to be completed by July 1. Any gravel delivered after this date will be reduced by $100.00 per day until fulfillment of contract has been met. The board reserves the right to reject any or all of the bids. UNOFFICIAL SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES I.S.D. #466, BOARD OF EDUCATION 7:00 P.M. REGULAR BOARD MEETING, JANUARY 25, 2016 DASSEL-COKATO BOARD ROOM
In partnership with our communities, Dassel-Cokato Public Schools will provide all learners opportunities designed to maximize their potential and promote lifelong learning.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Monday, January 25, 2016.
McConkey called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
The following members were present: Clemen, Aho, Nelson, McConkey, Linder and Bender. The following were absent: none.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance. Motion by Clemen, seconded by Nelson, accepting the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously.
The December Courtesy and Respect Award was presented to Elizabeth Kutz daughter of Rachel Kutz of Howard Lake.
Motion by Bender, seconded by Clemen, approving payment of bills as presented including payroll, hand payables and contingency totaling $1,942,243.92. Motion carried unanimously.
Curriculum Advisory Committee (CAC) Report: None
Technology Report: None
MAWSECO Report: Bender reported on the MAWSECO Open House.
Community Education Report: None
Business Manager’s Report: Business Manager Palmer reported expenditures are in line with budget through the end of the seventh month of the fiscal year and reviewed the investment report with the board.

Student Representative’s Report included: 16-17 online registration, winter activities, Snow Week, and Valentine’s Day activities
Superintendent’s Report – None
Negotiations – Clemen reported that the next Non-certified session will be 2/1/16.
Motion by Nelson, seconded by Aho, approving all consent items, which included approval of the minutes from the December 21, 2015 Regular Board Meeting and the January 4, 2016 Reorganization Meeting. Approval of Wire transfers made on December 22nd for $140,000, December 30th for $550,000, January 11th for $75,000, January 14th for $11,000 and January 15th for $780,000. Personnel Items: Approval of a lane changes effective 1/1/2016 for Amanda Berg from BA+45 to BA+60, Amy Dezel from BA+15 to BA+30, Tony

Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Bender, seconded by Clemen, approving the hire of a 4 hour/day 211 days/year custodian. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Linder, seconded by Nelson, approving an increase in the district’s contribution to the superintendent’s HSA for 15-16 and 16-17 to $6275.00 each year. Motion carried unanimously.
Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:52 PM.

STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIPCALL FOR GRAVEL QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting the following quotes for gravel:
A quote for approximately 6,000 yards (more or less at the board’s discretion) of crushed Class 5 and/or Class 1 gravel to be hauled on Stockholm Township roads or picked up with the township truck at the vendor’s pit.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, March 25, 2016. Please include the anticipated date of delivery with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
Quotes must be on a per yard basis. The Town Board reserves the right to take random samples for quality, with an independent lab doing the grading at the township’s expense. The Township Board reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate the contract for under grade. The Town Board reserves the right to take quantity checks by weight using 2600# as a standard yard. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the township.

Please include the mowing policy (i.e. frequency, starting date, ending date, trimming frequency, and/or any additional features) with your quote. This is for mowing and trimming at the Stockholm Community Center, located at 16233 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN and the Stockholm Township Cemetery located about 1⁄2 mile to the East of the Community Center on the North side of County Road 30.
