STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP CALL FOR MOWING QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting quotes for the 2016 Mowing Season
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321 or email to stockholmtwp@gmail.com Quotes must be received by Friday, April 8, 2016. Please include the mowing policy (i.e. frequency, starting date, ending date, trimming frequency, and/or any additional features) with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
This is for mowing and trimming at the Stockholm Community Center, located at 16233 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN and the Stockholm Township Cemetery located about 1⁄2 mile to the East of the Community Center on the North side of County Road 30.

ASSESSMENT NOTICECOKATO TOWNSHIP
Notice is hereby given, that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Cokato of Wright County, MN will meet on Monday, April 11th, 2016 at 7:00 PM at the Cokato Township Hall for the purpose of reviewing and correcting the assessment of said township for the year 2016. All persons considering themselves aggrieved by said assessment or who wish to complain that the property of another is assessed too low are hereby notified to appear at said meeting and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

Notice is given that on April 22, 2016 at 1:30 pm, a hearing will be held in this Court at Wright County Government Center, Ten Second Street NW, Room 201, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, October 19, 2005, (“Will”), and for the appointment of Mary Jo Hirsch, whose address is 6918 - 20th Street, Howard Lake, MN, 55349 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to represent the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
