Sealed BIDS will be received by Dassel-Cokato School District #446 in District Office,4852 Reardon Ave SW Suite 1700 Cokato, MN 55321, until 1:00 P.M., C.D.S.T, October 10, 2016, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:
Dassel - Cokato Regional Ice & Sports Center - Phase 1
The scope of this Project consists of the construction of interior spread footings, Foundation walls, concrete masonry walls and perimeter concrete as shown in the structural plan dated June 14, 2016 by Stonebrooke Engineering.
In addition to excavation, backfill and compaction as required, approximate major quantities are as follows:
940 LF of Spread footing
923 LF of Cast in Place Foundation wall
300 LF of Concrete Masonry Walls
720 CY of Common Excavation (Not including footings/Walls)
300 CY of Subgrade Correction
33,240 SF of Subgrade Preparation
577 CY Granular Fill
15,560 SF of 5” Concrete Floor
A pre-bid conference will be held on site September 26th at 10:00am. The facility is located on the north side of the Dassel – Cokato High School (4852 Reardon Ave SW Cokato MN). Responders are encouraged but not required to attend.
The CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be examined at the Office of Stonebrooke Engineering, 12279 Nicollet Ave, Burnsville MN 55337. Any questions shall be directed to the Engineer’s Project Manager Tim Arvidson, Stonebrooke Engineering, at 952-540-4841.

Notice is given that an application for informal probate of the Decedent’s will dated May 19, 2016 and separate writings under Minnesota Statutes section 524.2-513 (“Will”), has been filed with the Registrar. The application has been granted.
Notice is also given that the Registrar has informally appointed (1) Dennis Keith Johnson, and (2) Beatrice Annette Jones whose address is (1) PO Box 308, Cokato, MN 55321, and (2) 4132 Oakmede Ln, White Bear Lk, MN 55110 as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent. Any heir, devisee, or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Unless objections are filed with the Court (pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-607) and the Court otherwise orders, the personal representative has full power to administer the Estate, including, after 30 days from the date of issuance of letters, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute real estate.
Any objections to the probate of the Will or appointment of the Personal Representative must be filed with this court and will be heard by the Court after the filing of an appropriate petition and proper notice of hearing.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
A charitable beneficiary may request notice of the probate proceedings be given to the Attorney General pursuant to Minnesota Statutes section 501B.41, subdivision 5.

Any objections to the petition must be filed with the court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed, or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administrator the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
