The City of Dassel Ordinance Chapter 51.24 (C) (3) Cold Weather Rule. Pursuant to M.S. § 216B.097, no service of a residential customer shall be discontinued if the disconnection affects the primary heat source for the residential unit when disconnection would occur during the period between October 15 and April 15, the customer has declared inability to pay on forms provided by the city and the customer’s account is current for the billing period immediately prior to October 15 or the customer has entered into a payment schedule and is reasonably current with payments under the schedule. Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Thursday, August 4, 2016.
McConkey called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
The following members were present: Aho, Clemen, McConkey, and Bender. The following were absent: Linder and Nelson.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Aho, seconded by Bender, accepting the agenda as written. Motion carried unanimously.
The board held a question and answer session for 2 prospective board members who were in attendance.

McConkey called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
The following members were present: Aho, Clemen, McConkey, Linder, Nelson and Bender. The following were absent: none.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Clemen, seconded by Nelson, accepting the agenda as written. Motion carried unanimously.
Amy Wilde briefly spoke regarding her candidacy for the MN House of Representatives.
CTE facility changes were discussed. Paul Youngquist from ARY presented general designs and costs. The board discussed the required timelines and tentatively decided to pursue an April vote. Chairman McConkey formed a subcommittee to discuss possible interaction with the DCRISC. Subcommittee members are McConkey and Aho.
Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 8:26 PM.
