NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING,
ELECTION OF OFFICERS,
BOARD OF CANVASS MEETING,
AND REGULAR MEETING DATE CHANGE
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Middleville Township, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 8, 2016. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.
The Election Poll hours will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., at which time the voters will elect:
One (1) Supervisor for a three year term
One (1) Clerk for a two year term
The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after polls close to certify the official election results.
The Annual Meeting will commence immediately after the Board of Canvass to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the Middleville Township Hall, 3014 County Road 6 SW, Howard Lake, MN.
The regular Middleville March meeting has been changed to Monday, March 7, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Middleville Township Hall.

Notice is hereby given to the residents of Hollywood Township, Carver County, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday March 8, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
