PUBLIC NOTICE
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing for a Preliminary Plat to be known as Hidden Creek 7th Addition. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The preliminary plat consists of 38 single family lots and 3 outlots and is currently zoned Planned Residential Development (PRD). The applicant has also proposed to amend the approved PRD to reduce the approved minimum lot size and minimum lot width.
The property is legally described as follows:
Outlots A, B, C & D, Hidden Creek 6th Addition.

The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The proposed PRD amendment is required to reduce the minimum lot square footage for this property from 10,000 square feet to 9,000 square feet and reduce the minimum lot width at the building setback line from the approved 75 feet to 65 feet. The applicant has also submitted a preliminary plat known as Hidden Creek 7th Addition which consists of 38 single family lots and 3 outlots.
