NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held by the Winsted Planning Commission on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 6:00 P.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, in the Council Chambers at the Winsted City Hall, 201-1st Street North, to consider text amendments to Chapter 15 of the Winsted City Code related to opting out of Minnesota Statues, Section 462.3593, which defines and regulates Temporary Family Health Care Dwellings. A copy of the text amendment is available at City Hall for public viewing and review.

RESOLUTION TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSAL TO ESTABLISH AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY FOR THE CITY OF WINSTED, MINNESOTA.
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the City Council (Council) of the City of Winsted, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on August 16, 2016, at a meeting of the Council, beginning at approximately 6:00 p.m. at the Winsted City Hall in the City of Winsted, Minnesota, relating to the question of modifying the enabling resolution (Enabling Resolution) of the Economic Development Authority (EDA) pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 through 469.1082.
Following the public hearing, the Council will consider modifying the existing EDA. The Enabling Resolution, a copy of which is on file and available for inspection in the City offices, would authorize the EDA to exercise all powers granted to such authorities pursuant to the above-mentioned statutes and would designate that the EDA would be governed by a seven (7) member Board of Commissioners.
All interested persons may appear at the public hearing and present their views orally, or in writing. If you would like to make comment but will be unable to attend the hearing, you may do so by writing the City Administrator, Mr. Dan Tienter, City of Winsted, Post Office Box 126, Winsted, Minnesota 55395.
