YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a regular meeting of the McLeod County Board of Adjustment will be held on Thursday, the 25th day of August 2016, at 9:30 a.m., in the McLeod County North Complex (Driver License Center) Large Conference Room (south side of bldg.) at 2391 Hennepin Avenue North, Glencoe, Minnesota.
THE PURPOSE OF SAID MEETING is to consider the following application located in the County of McLeod and filed with the County Asst. Zoning Adm. All requests are subject to modification during the hearing process.
A VARIANCE APPLICATION filed by Thomas Schermann to reduce the required side yard setback of 20’ to 10’ and to reduce the required rear yard setback of 20’ to 6’ for the placement of an accessory addition onto an existing non-conforming accessory structure to be used for storage purposes .
