DASSEL TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGAND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Dassel Township, County of Meeker, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Board of Canvass and Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017.
In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday of March.
Election poll hours will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
1 Supervisor - 3 year term
1 Treasurer - 2 year term
The Board of Canvass will commence at 8:00 p.m. The annual meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the following location: Dassel History Center, 901 1st St. N., Dassel, MN.

Public Notice2017 Bituminous Seal Coating Project
Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Cokato, Wright County, Minnesota requests bids for the furnishing and application of approximately 12,596 gallons CRS2 of bituminous materials at a rate of .28 GSY, 450 tons of aggregate and application with coverage for 44,989 sq. yards. (Application of 1/4 - 5/16 pea rock at a rate of 20 lbs. per sq. yard) and rolled a minimum of (3) times. Application of fog seal, CSS1H oil diluted at 50% applied at a rate of .13 per sq. yd. Instructions and forms for submitting bids are available from City Hall at the address below.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 3 p.m., Wednesday, March 8th, 2017, at City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, PO Box 1030, Cokato, MN, 55321. The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time. Each bidder will file within the package a bid bond or certified check in the amount of ten percent (10%). No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the bids are opened. Bids will be considered and other action taken as necessary at the regular City Council meeting on Monday, March 13, 2017.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any irregularities in the bids, and further reserves the right to award the contract in the best interests of the City.

Public NoticeAdvertisement for BidsFor 2017 Slip-Lining Sewer Project
Notice is hereby given that the Cokato City Council, Wright County, Minnesota requests sealed bids for the 2017 slip-lining sewer project. The project requires slip-lining (cured in place) approximately 400 lineal feet of 12 inch sewer pipe and approximately 1,100 lineal feet of 8 inch sewer pipe, including roughly 27 service connections. The project area includes several locations within the City of Cokato. The locations and site information are outlined on a utility map which will be provided to interested contractors.
Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. Sealed bids should be submitted to:

The bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A certificate of insurance and performance bond will be required from the contractor selected for the project. No bid may be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after bids are opened. Bids will be considered and other action taken as necessary at the regular City Council meeting on Monday, March 13, 2017.

Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of OfficersFor Kingston Township residents
Notice is hereby given to all qualified voters of Kingston Township, County of Meeker, State of MN, that the Election of Township Officers and the Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday March 14, 2017. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday March 21, 2017. STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS BOARD OF CANVASAND ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Stockholm Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, the Annual Election of Town Officers and the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. In case of inclement weather, the Annual Meeting, the Election and the Board of Canvas will be Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The Board of Canvas will meet immediately after the polls close, to certify Election results.
Voters will elect:
One (1) Supervisor – 3 Year Term
One (1) Treasurer – 2 Year Term
The Annual meeting will start at approximately 8:15 P.M.

STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP CALL FOR GRAVEL QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting the following quotes for gravel:
A quote for approximately 6,000 yards (more or less at the board’s discretion) of crushed Class 5 and/or Class 1 gravel to be hauled on Stockholm Township roads or picked up with the township truck at the vendor’s pit.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, March 10, 2017. Please include the anticipated date of delivery with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
Quotes must be on a per yard basis. The Town Board reserves the right to take random samples for quality, with an independent lab doing the grading at the township’s expense. The Township Board reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate the contract for under grade. The Town Board reserves the right to take quantity checks by weight using 2600# as a standard yard. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the township.
