DASSEL TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGAND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Dassel Township, County of Meeker, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Board of Canvass and Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 7, 2017.
In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday of March.
Election poll hours will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
1 Supervisor - 3 year term
1 Treasurer - 2 year term
The Board of Canvass will commence at 8:00 p.m. The annual meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the following location: Dassel History Center, 901 1st St. N., Dassel, MN.

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Cokato Township, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14th, 2017. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.
The Election Poll hours will be from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at which time the voters will elect:
one (1) Supervisor........3 year term
one (1) Treasurer...........2 year term
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:05 PM to conduct all necessary business as prescribed by law. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the Annual Meeting.

Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of OfficersFor Kingston Township residents
Notice is hereby given to all qualified voters of Kingston Township, County of Meeker, State of MN, that the Election of Township Officers and the Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday March 14, 2017. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday March 21, 2017. The election poll hours will be 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM at which time voters will elect: One supervisor for a 3 year term and one treasurer for a two year term. The Board of Caucus will follow the election. The Annual meeting will commence at 8:15 PM to conduct all necessary business prohibited by law. Notice is hereby given that Bids will be received for the re-build of 2 Meeker County EDA townhomes in Watkins Minnesota, by Construction Manager, Project One Construction, at their office 10375 County Road 8, Kimball, Minnesota until 12:00 pm Noon on Tuesday March 7, 2017; and then opened and read aloud publicly at 4:30 pm on Tuesday March 7, 2017 at the Meeker County Family Services Building, Room 200, Litchfield, Minnesota.
The project involves the reconstruction of 2 new townhomes located at 415 Luella Street, Watkins MN units 1 & 2. Separate bid packages will be accepted for selective demolition, concrete, masonry, framing, siding, roofing, insulation, windows, doors, painting, drywall, flooring, plumbing, mechanical and landscaping.

Public HearingSite Plan Review & Variances
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider a request for Site Plan Review and certain Variances for construction of a new Fire & Ambulance Station on the corner of 7th St SE and U.S. Highway 12.

STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS BOARD OF CANVASAND ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Stockholm Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, the Annual Election of Town Officers and the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. In case of inclement weather, the Annual Meeting, the Election and the Board of Canvas will be Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The Board of Canvas will meet immediately after the polls close, to certify Election results.
Voters will elect:
One (1) Supervisor – 3 Year Term
One (1) Treasurer – 2 Year Term

STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP CALL FOR GRAVEL QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting the following quotes for gravel:
A quote for approximately 6,000 yards (more or less at the board’s discretion) of crushed Class 5 and/or Class 1 gravel to be hauled on Stockholm Township roads or picked up with the township truck at the vendor’s pit.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, March 10, 2017. Please include the anticipated date of delivery with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
Quotes must be on a per yard basis. The Town Board reserves the right to take random samples for quality, with an independent lab doing the grading at the township’s expense. The Township Board reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate the contract for under grade. The Town Board reserves the right to take quantity checks by weight using 2600# as a standard yard. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the township.
