COLLINWOOD TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGAND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Collinwood Township residents are hereby notified that the Annual Election of Town Officers and the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The election poll hours are from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at which time the qualified voters will elect one supervisor for a three year term and a treasurer for a two year term. The candidates are: Randy Holm for Supervisor and Michelle Schnitzler for treasurer
Both the election and annual meeting will be held at the Collinwood Township Hall. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the election closes to certify the official election results. Then, the annual meeting will begin at 8:05 P.M. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
A bad weather alternate date is March 21, with the same hours as stated above.

DASSEL TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGAND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Dassel Township, County of Meeker, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Board of Canvass and Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
In case of inclement weather in the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday of March.
Election poll hours will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
1 Supervisor - 3 year term
1 Treasurer - 2 year term
The Board of Canvass will commence at 8:00 p.m. The annual meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the following location: Dassel History Center, 901 1st St. N., Dassel, MN.

Request for Proposal
Independent School District No. 466, Dassel-Cokato Public Schools (“District”) requests proposals for group health insurance coverage for the plan year beginning October 1, 2017. Sealed proposals will be accepted in paper form until 12:00 pm central time on Wednesday, April 5th, 2017 at Dassel-Cokato District Office, Tina Palmer 4852 Reardon Ave SW, Suite 1700, Cokato MN 55321, Copies of the request for proposal and exhibits may be requested from Tina Palmer, Business Manager, and will be sent electronically at no charge. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The District reserves the right to select the proposal it determines to be in the best interest of the District.

Notice of testing of optical scan voting systemsTownship Elections: Collinwood, Dassel, Ellsworth, Forest Prairie, Kingston and Litchfield
Notice is hereby given that the Townships of Collinwood, Dassel, Ellsworth, Forest Prairie, Kingston and Litchfield shall perform a public accuracy test of the optical scan voting system to be used for the Election held on March 14, 2017.
The test will be conducted at the Meeker County Courthouse in the City of Litchfield, Minnesota, on Thursdayday March 9, 2017, at 11:00 p.m. Interested individuals are encouraged to attend and observe. If you have questions, please call the Auditor’s Office at 320-693-5212

Public HearingSite Plan Review & Variances
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Cokato Planning Commission, Wright County, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Monday, March 13, 2017 at 6 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible in the council chambers at Cokato City Hall, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, Minnesota 55321, to consider a request for Site Plan Review and certain Variances for construction of a new Fire & Ambulance Station on the corner of 7th St SE and U.S. Highway 12.

STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ELECTION OF OFFICERS BOARD OF CANVASAND ANNUAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Stockholm Township, County of Wright, State Of Minnesota, the Annual Election of Town Officers and the Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. In case of inclement weather, the Annual Meeting, the Election and the Board of Canvas will be Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The Board of Canvas will meet immediately after the polls close, to certify Election results.
Voters will elect:
One (1) Supervisor – 3 Year Term
One (1) Treasurer – 2 Year Term
The Annual meeting will start at approximately 8:15 P.M.

STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP CALL FOR GRAVEL QUOTES
Stockholm Township is now accepting the following quotes for gravel:
A quote for approximately 6,000 yards (more or less at the board’s discretion) of crushed Class 5 and/or Class 1 gravel to be hauled on Stockholm Township roads or picked up with the township truck at the vendor’s pit.
All quotes must be submitted by mail to: Stockholm Township, Attn: Clerk Selseth, 15234 County Road 30 SW, Cokato, MN 55321. Quotes must be received by Friday, March 10, 2017. Please include the anticipated date of delivery with your quote. A Certificate of Insurance must accompany each quote.
Quotes must be on a per yard basis. The Town Board reserves the right to take random samples for quality, with an independent lab doing the grading at the township’s expense. The Township Board reserves the right to cancel or renegotiate the contract for under grade. The Town Board reserves the right to take quantity checks by weight using 2600# as a standard yard. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all quotes in the best interest of the township.
