COLLINWOOD TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGAND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Collinwood Township residents are hereby notified that the Annual Election of Town Officers and the Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017. The election poll hours are from 5:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M., at which time the qualified voters will elect one supervisor for a three year term and a treasurer for a two year term. The candidates are: Randy Holm for Supervisor and Michelle Schnitzler for treasurer
Both the election and annual meeting will be held at the Collinwood Township Hall. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the election closes to certify the official election results. Then, the annual meeting will begin at 8:05 P.M. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
A bad weather alternate date is March 21, with the same hours as stated above.

Notice is hereby given that the POLICYHOLDERS ANNUAL MEETING of CROW RIVER MUTUAL INSURANCE COMPANY will be held on TUESDAY April 4, 2017 – 7:00p.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church – Peace Center; 400 Franklin Street SW; Hutchinson, MN. for the purpose of transacting any business proper to come before said meeting. There will be an election of two Directors to the Board. DASSEL TOWNSHIPNOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETINGAND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Dassel Township, County of Meeker, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Board of Canvass and Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.
In case of inclement weather in the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday of March.
Election poll hours will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
1 Supervisor - 3 year term
1 Treasurer - 2 year term
The Board of Canvass will commence at 8:00 p.m. The annual meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.

Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Cokato Township, County of Wright, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Annual Town Meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 14th, 2017. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election may be postponed until the third Tuesday in March.
The Election Poll hours will be from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at which time the voters will elect:
one (1) Supervisor........3 year term
one (1) Treasurer...........2 year term
The Annual Meeting will commence at 8:05 PM to conduct all necessary business as prescribed by law. The Board of Canvass will meet immediately after the Annual Meeting.

Important Information Regarding Property Assessments
In Kingston Township, this may affect your 2017 property Taxes.
The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Kingston Township will meet on April 3, 2017 at 4:00 PM at the Kingston Community Center. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been property valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation of classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessment and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization.

Notice is given that on April 10, 2017, at 1:30 p.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at Ten Second Street NW, Buffalo, Minnesota, for the formal probate of an instrument purporting to be the Will of the Decedent dated, July 7, 2011 (“Will”), and for the appointment of J. David Anderson, whose address is 540 Pleasant Street, P.O. Box 282, Dassel, MN, 55325 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.

The polls will be open from Ten (10) o’clock a.m. to Eight (8) o’clock p.m. The Board of Canvas will meet immediately after the polls close, to certify Election results.
