Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for the City of Darwin shall meet on April 4, 2017, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm, at the Darwin City Hall. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must appeal to the local board before appealing to the county board of appeal and equalization.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Appeal and Equalization for the City of Dassel shall meet on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 9 am – 2 pm at the Meeker County Court House. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Cokato, Wright County, Minnesota, requests bids for the 2017 Fire & Ambulance Station Project.
RECEIPT AND OPENING OF PROPOSALS: Sealed proposals for the work described below will be received at the Office of the City Administrator, City of Cokato, PO Box 1030, 255 Broadway Ave S, Cokato, MN 55321 until 3 p.m. on April 4, 2017, at which time the bids will be opened and publicly read.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes the construction of a fire and ambulance station building of 14,680 square feet in size, 1.7 acres of site work, and numerous related items of work, all in accordance with Plans and Specifications.
This project is subject to Equal Employment Opportunity Provisions and Responsible Contractor Certification.

Notice for Gravel 2017
Kingston Township is asking for sealed bids on screening, loading, hauling and spreading of class 5 gravel, on roads in Kingston Township. All bids must be in the form of cubic yards. Include in your bid the cost of class 5 for emergency delivery ex: wash outs, frost boils. You must be willing to work with our township board and road grader operator. We will ask for random tests on gravel loads being hauled. A certificate of insurance must accompany your bid. The township board will not accept any bids that include a surcharge for fuel. Work is to be completed June 1, 2017. Any gravel delivery after this date will be reduced by $100.00 per day until fulfillment of contract has been met. David Anderson, whose address is 540 Pleasant Street, P.O. Box 282, Dassel, MN, 55325 as Personal Representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the Court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the Personal Representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minnesota Statutes section 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the Personal Representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this Notice or the claims will be barred.
