VACATING ALLEY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, July 17, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. the Dassel City Council will hold a public hearing in the City Hall to hear public input on vacating the 22.2’ x 90’ alley between Lots 4 & 5, Block 1, Olive E Nelson Addition located in the Westview Terrace Mobile Home Park.
Map copies of the property location are available at the Dassel City Clerk’s office, 460 Third St, Dassel, MN.
All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing, at which time both oral and written comments may be presented. Written comments may be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office at any time prior to the Council meeting.

AMENDMENT TO PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Thursday, July 13, 2017 at 6:00 p.m., the Dassel Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Hall to consider the following amendment to the Summit Hills Planned Unit Development:
Wendroth Homes, LLC/Owner, 1299 Summit Cove, Dassel, MN 55325,
PID 23-0757000. Lot 18, Block 1, Sunrise Circle.
Property address: 1018 Sunrise Circle, Dassel, MN
Zoned R-2 PUD
Request to amend the Summit Hills Planned Unit Development to allow pergolas on the common lot area in Sunrise Circle.
