Notice is hereby given that Kingston Township, Meeker County will conduct a public hearing on November 6, 2017 at 6:00 PM at the Kingston Community Center located at 30840 – 722nd Ave. Dassel, MN 55325 for the purpose of considering and acting upon a request from land owners Steve and Pam Dille, to vacate the following described road: 700th Ave. South of driveway 31252 – 700th Ave. Kimball, MN dead end road for 850’. The purpose is to return existing road into tillable acres.
All persons interested in this matter are encouraged to attend the hearing.

NOTICE AND ORDER OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR FORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE IN INTESTACY AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
It is Ordered and Notice is given that on November 15, 2017, at 8:30 a.m., a hearing will be held in this Court at 325 North Sibley Avenue, Litchfield, Minnesota, for the formal probate and for the appointment of Rachel Klatt, whose address is 1114 22nd Avenue South, #4, Grand Forks, ND 58201, as personal representative of the Estate of the Decedent in an UNSUPERVISED administration. Any objections to the petition must be filed with the court prior to or raised at the hearing. If proper and if no objections are filed or raised, the personal representative will be appointed with full power to administer the Estate including the power to collect all assets, to pay all legal debts, claims, taxes and expenses, to sell real and personal property, and to do all necessary acts for the Estate.
Notice is also given that (subject to Minn. Stat. 524.3-801) all creditors having claims against the Estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court Administrator within four months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

Clemen called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Monday, August 28, 2017.
Clemen called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
The following members were present: Clemen, Colberg, Sangren, Nelson, Aho and Bender. The following were absent: None
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Aho, seconded by Nelson, accepting the agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Bender, seconded by Aho, approving payment of bills as presented including payroll, hand payables and contingency totaling $1,569,640.93. Motion carried unanimously. (A complete list of bills is available from the District Office for review.)

Motion by Nelson, seconded by Bender, contracting with MSBA to lead a strategic planning process for the district. Motion carried unanimously.

Motion by Bender, seconded by Nelson, approving changes to policies #533, 534, 601, 603, 604, 612, 613, 616, and 805. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Bender, seconded by Nelson, approving Wendy Seefeldt and Maria Asplin for three year terms on the Curriculum Advisory Council. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Nelson, seconded by Aho, accepting district ownership of the DCRISC Building. This motion was in response to the DCRISC gifting the building to the district. An Lease Termination and Transfer Agreement and Quit Claim Deed will need to be signed by both parties to finalize the transfer ownership. On a roll call vote the following voted in favor: Aho, Clemen, Nelson, Sangren, Colberg. Bender voted against. Motion carried 5 to 1.
Motion by Aho, seconded by Colberg, approving the 2017-18 district goals. Goals topics include facilities, budget, and PLC’s. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Sangren, seconded by Bender, approving the Vocational House Materials bid of $27,455.81 from Builders First Source of Cokato. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Nelson, seconded by Sangren, approving the Transportation Roster of Drivers for 2017-18. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Bender, seconded by Aho, approving FFA’s trip to nationals. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion by Nelson, seconded by Colberg, approving the following an increase the cost of adult lunch by $0.05 resulting in a meal cost of $3.65 and maintaining the cost of adult breakfast at $1.75. Motion carried unanimously.

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Monday, September 11, 2017.
Clemen called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM.
The following members were present: Aho, Clemen, Sangren, Colberg, Bender and Nelson. The following were absent: none.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Nelson, seconded by Sangren, approving the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously.
Clemen and Aho presented three options for the multipurpose facility including budgets provided by ARY.
Clemen closed the meeting at 6:36 for the superintendent’s evaluation. The closed meeting was recorded in accordance with state statute.
Clemen re-opened the meeting at 7:41.
Being no further business, the meeting adjourned at 7:42 pm.
