Notice is hereby given, that on Tuesday, January 10, 2017 the Middleville Township Planning Commission will hold a hearing at the Middleville Township Hall at 7:00 pm to consider the following item:
Ken Hartneck is requesting a renewal of his Conditional Use Permit for the purpose of mining gravel/sand on his property in the SE1⁄4 of Section 10 in Middleville Township. This is PID #212-000-104100.
