PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, March 16, 2017 to consider an amendment to the Waverly Zoning Ordinance by adding regulations through a permitting system for temporary parking of RV’s on registered owner lots in the R1 Zone district.
The amendment to the Waverly Zoning Ordinance, if approved, would regulate temporary parking of RV’s on registered owner’s lots by administrative permit.
