NOTICE OF INFORMAL PROBATE OF WILL AND INFORMAL APPOINTMENT OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE AND NOTICE TO CREDITORS
Notice is given that an Application for Informal Probate of Will and Informal Appointment of Personal Representative was filed with the Registrar, along with a Will dated November 14, 2014. The Registrar accepted the application and appointed Chad M. Engel, whose address is 11673 County Road 6 SW, Winsted, MN 55395, to serve as the personal representative of the decedent’s estate.
Any heir, devisee or other interested person may be entitled to appointment as personal representative or may object to the appointment of the personal representative. Any objection to the appointment of the personal representative must be filed with the Court, and any properly filed objection will be heard by the Court after notice is provided to interested persons of the date of hearing on the objection.
Unless objections are filed, and unless the Court orders otherwise, the personal representative has the full power to administer the estate, including, after thirty (30) days from the issuance of letters testamentary, the power to sell, encumber, lease, or distribute any interest in real estate owned by the decedent.
Notice is further given that, subject to Minn. Stat. § 524.3-801, all creditors having claims against the decedent’s estate are required to present the claims to the personal representative or to the Court within four (4) months after the date of this notice or the claims will be barred.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council (the “Council”) of the City of Howard Lake, Wright County, Minnesota, will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, at 7:00 p.m., at the Howard Lake City Hall, 625 8th Avenue, in the City of Howard Lake, Minnesota, relating to the (a) the proposed modification #1 of Tax Increment Financing District No.1-19 within Municipal Development District No. 1, and (b) the adoption of the modified Tax Increment Financing Plan relating thereto, all pursuant to and in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.174 to 469.1794, inclusive, as amended (the “Act”). Copies of the Tax Increment Financing Plan as proposed to be adopted will be on file and available for public inspection at the office of the City Administrator at City Hall.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Howard Lake Planning Commission will be holding a Public Hearing on June 20, 2017 at 6:00 pm or shortly thereafter. The Public Hearing will be conducted at City Hall located at 625 8th Ave.
The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a rezoning to a planned unit development for property located north of the intersection of 6th Street and 7th Avenue. The property is currently zoned Urban Reserve. The purpose of the rezoning is to allow for Munson Lakes to build a truck shop.

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

The purpose of the public hearing is to consider a vacation of a drainage and utility easement between Lots 2 and 3 of Block 5 in Lake Ridge 2nd Addition.

WRIGHT COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERSNOTICE OF INTENT TO AMEND THE WRIGHT COUNTY WATER SURFACE USE ORDINANCE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Wright County Board of Commissioners, during its regular meeting on Tuesday, June 27, 2017, at 9:30 A.M., will hold a public hearing to consider amending the Wright County Water Surface Use Ordinance. This consideration and discussion will take place in the Commissioners’ Board Room at the Wright County Government Center, Buffalo, Minnesota.
The Wright County Board of Commissioners will be reviewing and discussing Ordinance Amendment Number 17-1 which amends the Wright County Water Surface Use Ordinance. The proposed amendments will create a mandatory regional inspection system for aquatic invasive species for all watercraft entering East and West Lake Sylvia, Lake John, and Pleasant Lake. Violation of the ordinance is a misdemeanor where the maximum penalty could be 90 days in jail and/or a $1,000 fine.
