Public Hearing Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Waverly Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. in the council chambers of Waverly City Hall on Thursday, September 21, 2017 to consider the preliminary/final platting of four lots adjacent to 106 Maple Avenue on the south side of Waverly Lake intersecting with Lake Avenue/Dempsey Avenue.
The plat, if approved, would allow the subdivision of land into Outlot A for conveyance to the city for Legion Park, Lots 1 and 2 proposed in Block 1 would be sold for residential development, and Lot 1 in Block 2 would be retained by the property owner.
