PUBLIC NOTICE
TO: RESIDENTS AND PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN THE CITY OF LESTER PRAIRIE
FROM: LESTER PRAIRIE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED, in accordance with the Lester Prairie Municipal Code, Chapter 5 Land Use and Control, Section 5.1 Zoning, Section 5.1.13 Changes and Amendments, that the Lester Prairie Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 7, at 7:00 p.m. in city hall.
The purpose of said pubic hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding amendments as follows: adding Section 5.1.1.5 Uses Not Provided for Within Zoning Districts (Prohibited Use); amending Section 5.1.2 General Regulations by adding a sections prohibiting parking in the front and side yards, landscaping regulations, and driveway standards; and amending Section 5.1.17 Definitions relating to Landscaping, Recreational Vehicle and Equipment, Yard, Front Yard, Rear Yard and Side Yard.
It is important for residents to attend this public hearing and provide their input regarding the zoning amendment.

CITY OF MAYER
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Mayer Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on an amendment to Title XV Land Usage, Chapter 152 Zoning of the City Code for the City of Mayer, by amending Section 152.003 Definitions and Section 152.026 Driveway, Parking Area and Hard Surface Improvements. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as persons may reasonably be heard, at Mayer City Hall, 413 Bluejay Avenue.
The purpose of the text amendment is to consider amending the text in regards to specifying where and how many vehicles can park on yards.
A copy of the proposed text amendment in its entirety is available at City Hall for review. Any person desiring to comment on this matter is invited to do so in writing prior to or at the hearing or orally at the time of the public hearing. NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
In the Matter of the Redetermination of Benefits of Wright/Meeker/McLeod County Joint Ditch No. 15
WHEREAS, The Wright, Meeker and McLeod County Board of Commissioners appointed members, acting as the Joint Drainage Authority, has determined that the benefits or damages of record do not reflect current land values and have appointed viewers to redetermine the benefits and damages determined for the original construction and subsequent improvements to the aforementioned drainage system, and;
WHEREAS, The Viewers Report for the Redetermination of Benefits has been filed with the County Auditor-Treasurer,
NOW, THEREFORE, Notice is hereby given that the Drainage Authority will hear public comment on the acceptance of the redetermination of benefits in the Board Room of the Wright County Courthouse in Buffalo, Minnesota on November 14, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. All persons interested in the redetermination of benefits wanting to be heard should appear at this time. If accepted, the redetermined benefits will replace those now being used and all future maintenance expenses will be assessed based upon the redetermined benefits.
