Independent School District No. 879
Notice is hereby given that Independent School District No. 879, Delano, Minnesota, will receive quotations for transportation services from qualified service providers interested in providing District student transportation services for the 2018-2019 and 2019-2020 school years. Quotations will be accepted until 10:00 AM CDST, Tuesday, April 24, 2018. Interested providers may request detailed specifications of the transportation services by contacting Mary Reeder at 763-972-3365 ext. 2118.
Quotations must be received in an envelope clearly marked “STUDENT TRANSPORTATION SERVICES” on or before the above date and time, and addressed to:

After opening and reviewing the quotations, the District, at its sole discretion, may award a contract to one or more qualified service providers. The District may also enter into direct negotiations with one or more qualified student transportation services providers for a contract with terms, rates and provisions agreeable to the District.
Independent School District No. 879 is using the direct negotiation process authorized by Minnesota Statutes section 123B.52, subdivision 3 for the procurement of this contract, and disclaims usage of any other contract procurement options such as sealed bids allowed under applicable law. The School District reserves the right to reject any and all quotations and waive irregularities therein, and further reserves the right to award a contract to the lowest responsible service provider(s) that is in the best interest of Independent School District No. 879.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Franklin of Wright County, Minnesota, will meet at the Franklin Township Hall, 8735 County Road 16 SE at 4:00 PM, on Wednesday, the 25th day of April, 2018 for the purpose of reviewing and determining whether property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after discussing with it with your assessor, you may appear at said meeting, and show cause of having such assessment corrected.
No complaint that another person is assessed too low will be acted upon until the person so assessed, or his agent, shall have been notified of such complaint.

Official notice is hereby given, that the Loretto City Council will hold a public hearing on the Annual Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 at Loretto City Hall, 279 N. Medina Street, Council Chambers at 7:30 p.m., or as soon as the matter may be heard. The purpose of the SWPPP Annual Meeting is to discuss the progress of implementing the program.
All persons wishing to be heard shall appear at this time. Written comments are also solicited. Information is available for review at City Hall.
