Notice of Annual Meeting and Election of Officers
For Kingston Township residents
Notice is hereby given to all qualified voters of Kingston Township, County of Meeker, State of MN, that the Election of Township Officers and the Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday March 13, 2018. In case of inclement weather, the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday March 20, 2018. The election poll hours will be 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM at which time voters will elect: One supervisor for a 3 year term and one clerk for a two year term. The Board of Caucus will follow the election. The Annual meeting will commence at 8:15 PM to conduct all necessary business prohibited by law. The Election and Annual meeting will be held at the Kingston Community Center 30840 722nd Ave. Dassel, MN 55325.

DASSEL TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
AND ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Notice is hereby given to the qualified voters of Dassel Township, County of Meeker, State of Minnesota, that the Annual Election of Town Officers and Board of Canvass and Annual Town meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
In case of inclement weather in the meeting and election will be postponed until the third Tuesday of March.
Election poll hours will be from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at which time the voters will elect:
1 Supervisor - 3 year term
1 Clerk - 2 year term
The Board of Canvass will commence at 8:00 p.m. The annual meeting will commence at 8:15 p.m. to conduct all necessary business prescribed by law.
The Annual Election and Meeting will be held at the following location: Dassel History Center, 901 1st St. N., Dassel, MN.

DASSEL TOWNSHIP
NOTICE OF MEETING DATE CHANGE
Notice is hereby given that the regular monthly Dassel Township meeting has been changed for the month of March 2018 to the first Tuesday of the month (March 6, 2018) at 10:00 a.m. instead of the second Tuesday of the month. This will only be a change for the month of March 2018.

SUMMONS
THIS SUMMONS IS DIRECTED TO THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS:
1. YOU ARE BEING SUED. The Plaintiff has started a lawsuit against you. The Plaintiff’s Complaint against you is attached to this Summons. Do not throw these papers away. They are official papers that affect your rights. You must respond to this lawsuit even though it may not yet be filed with the Court and there may be no court file number on this Summons.
2. YOU MUST REPLY WITHIN 20 DAYS TO PROTECT YOUR RIGHTS. You must give or mail to the person who signed this summons a written response called an Answer within 20 days of the date on which you received this Summons. You must send a copy of your Answer to the person who signed this Summons located at:

3. YOU MUST RESPOND TO EACH CLAIM. The Answer is your written response to the Plaintiff’s Complaint. In your Answer you must state whether you agree or disagree with each paragraph of the Complaint. If you believe the Plaintiff should not be given everything asked for in the Complaint, you must say so in your Answer.
4. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR CASE IF YOU DO NOT SEND A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE COMPLAINT TO THE PERSON WHO SIGNED THIS SUMMONS. If you do not answer within 20 days, you will lose this case. You will not get to tell your side of the story, and the Court may decide against you and award the Plaintiff everything asked for in the Complaint. If you do not want to contest the claims stated in the Complaint, you do not need to respond. A default judgment can then be entered against you for the relief requested in the Complaint.
5. LEGAL ASSISTANCE. You may wish to get legal help from a lawyer. If you do not have a lawyer, the Court Administrator may have information about places where you can get legal assistance. Even if you cannot get legal help, you must still provide a written Answer to protect your rights or you may lose the case.
6. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION. The parties may agree to or be ordered to participate in an alternative dispute resolution process under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice. You must still send your written response to the Complaint even if you expect to use alternative means of resolving this dispute.
7. THIS LAWSUIT MAY AFFECT OR BRING INTO QUESTION TITLE TO REAL PROPERTY located in Meeker County, State of Minnesota, legally described as follows:
Lots Six (6), Seven (7), Eight (8), Nine (9), Ten (10), Eleven (11), and Twelve (12), Block Six (6), City of Dassel, according to the recorded plat thereof. AND Those vacated portions of 4th Street and Atlantic Avenue in the City of Dassel described as follows: That part of the West 2.00 feet of 4th Street lying between the Easterly extension of the North and South lines of Lot 6, Block 6, Town of Dassel, according to the record plat thereof, Meeker County, Minnesota ALSO, That part of the North 13.00 feet of Atlantic Avenue lying Easterly of the southerly Extension of the West line of Block 6, and Westerly of the Southerly extension of the East line of the West 2.00 feet of 4th Street, Town of Dassel, according the recorded plat thereof, Meeker County, Minnesota.
The object of this action is Quiet Title Action and equitable relief as set forth in the Complaint filed herewith.
